SERVICES

SMART Local Union 441 supplies our contractors in the Gulf Coast area with qualified Sheet Metal Workers. We help our members and support their community. Local 441 also provides training to new and current members. The Local Union provides an apprentice program for entry level members.

Education

We have an accredited Apprentice program that teaches essential skills in sheet metal, air, rail, and transportation industries. We focus on safety, technical expertise, and leadership to prepare members for successful careers.

HVAC Fabrication

Comprehensive training in HVAC fabrication, focusing on the creation and installation of efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Members learn to fabricate and assemble ductwork, ensuring optimal system performance.

Welding

Focusing on techniques for strong, precise joints. Members develop skills in various welding methods for diverse industrial applications.

Specialty Work

Equipping members with unique skills for niche projects. This includes advanced techniques and expertise tailored to specific industry demands.
